Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These terms of service govern the use of AI-powered air purification products with adaptive filtration and room-learning control offered by airova. By accessing or ordering through airova, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Definition: Services include installation, maintenance, and continuous monitoring plans for AI air purifiers. These services are designed to optimize air quality in indoor environments through adaptive filtration and learning algorithms.
Scheduling: Service appointments can be scheduled through the contact form. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
Transfer: You may assign your scheduled service to another individual by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. All assignments are subject to confirmation by airova.
Cancellation: If you cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours before the appointment, a full refund or credit will be processed. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will incur a service fee.
3. Informational Products
Definition: Informational products include digital guides, tutorials, and reports related to air quality, filtration technology, and AI integration. These products are delivered electronically upon purchase.
Delivery: Digital items are available for download immediately after payment. Once downloaded, no refund is permitted due to the nature of the digital format.
4. Goods
Definition: Goods refer to physical AI air purifier units sold through airova. Each unit includes a manufacturer warranty and user manual.
Shipping: Orders are processed within 3 business days and delivered using a carrier of our choice. Shipping times depend on the destination.
Inspection: Upon receipt, inspect goods within 7 days for defects or damages. If a unit is defective, contact us for replacement.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Service Plans
When cancellations meet the required notice, airova will process a refund using the original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, clients may opt to receive credit toward future services.
5.2 Digital Guides and Reports
Due to the immediate electronic delivery, informational products are non-refundable. This policy ensures content integrity and prevents unauthorized distribution.
5.3 Physical Products
If a physical unit is sent back in its original condition within 30 days of delivery, airova will issue a refund or credit based on customer preference. The refund amount will be processed within 15 business days after we receive the unit. Shipping costs for sending back the unit are covered by the customer, except in cases of manufacturer defects.
6. No-Refund Services
Certain specialized services, such as one-time advanced calibration or on-site diagnostic sessions, require resource allocation in advance. These services are explicitly non-refundable due to the custom nature of the preparation and staffing. Any such no-refund service will be clearly marked at the time of booking with detailed justification.
